Summer Reading

Books we are currently reading:

In Defense of Food
- Michael Pollan (A)
Atlas Shrugged - Ayn Rand (D)
A Severe Mercy - Sheldon Vanauken (A)
Lonely Planet Switzerland & Eyewitness Travel Switzerland (mostly D)
Bound for Glory - Woody Guthrie's Autobiography (D)
New Seeds of Contemplation - Thomas Merton (A & D)
Three by Flannery O'Connor (D)
W.H.O. books (obviously A)
And listening to the occasional This American Life podcast.

And for those interested, here's a recent article about one of the things the department I'm interning for is involved in.

Lauren,

Yep that's the book. It is probably the biggest book I have ever read - 1168 pages and weighing in at three pounds!
